Terms and Conditions

General

Selling only to traders

Short-term price, product or program changes are possible at any time. Conditions of the client are only valid, if we acknowledge this specifically in written form. Every consignment will be effected with extended relation of title from the warehouse in Gaggenau-Michelbach / Germany. Costs arising by refusal of the consignment will be charged to the customer.

Relation of title

The goods will remain until the complete payment property of the supplier. Of a seizure or any other infringement of our rights by third parties the customer has to inform us immediately.

Prices

The prices are net prices in Euro plus taxes without engagement. The prices are valid for purchase of packing units = unit. Season prices are valid only on acceptance of the declared amount per item and color. Short-term price changes are possible at any time.

Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order for new customers from the initial order is 100 € net value of goods.

Terms of delivery

We try to deliver the articles as soon as possible. Partial deliveries are allowed. In case of unforeseeable reasons outside of our responsibility we may resign completely or partially from the delivery. Requirements for compensation because of delayed or failed delivery are in every case impossible.

Dispatch Germany

The carriage of the goods will be effected by GLS. The price for dispatch, insurance till € 520 and delivery to Germany is € 6,90. We reserve the right to choose a different dispatch. Surcharges for express, C.O.D. or island delivery will be charged extra.

Dispatch foreign countries

The carriage of the goods will be done by GLS, Post or DHL and will be individually charged depending on country, value and size of the consignment. The price for dispatch, insurance till € 520 and delivery to Austria or BeNeLux is € 12,90 and for UK € 17,90. We reserve the right to choose a different dispatch. Surcharges for express, C.O.D  or island delivery will be charged extra.

Terms of Payment

We deliver cash in advance / prepayment or PayPal. Payment is to be made in cash on delivery. Orders paid in advance will be shipped upon receipt of payment. For payments by credit card, the actual sum shall be debited when the order is issued.

No cash discount for carriage costs.

No cash discount by payments in countries then CH, USA, CA, ISR, JP, AUS, NZ.

Deviations

Manufacturing-related variations of colors, sizes, shapes and weights, which occur despite the most accurate production of the goods, are no reasons for complaint.

Return

We do our best to deliver the requested items in best quality. Nevertheless if you have a complaint, please send the goods back after consultation with us. Complaints only possible within 5 days of receipt of goods. The issue of a credit note for unaccepted goods or goods without considerable faults returned we charge you an amount of 20% of the invoice value.

For settling consumer disputes out-of-court, the European Union offers a platform for online dispute resolution (“ODR platform“) at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Jurisdiction

District Court Rastatt, Germany

Court of jurisdiction and performance is the location of the supplier.
